All SurfOK1907 products, artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, and other original content are owned by SurfOK1907 and are intended for personal use only. Please don’t reproduce, resell, copy, or commercially use our designs without written permission.

We do our best to accurately represent every product, but colors, print placement, garment characteristics, and other small details may vary slightly. Please review product descriptions and sizing information before ordering.

Sometimes life happens—weather, carrier delays, supply shortages, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control may affect an order. When that happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and get things moving in the right direction.

Products are provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurfOK1907’s liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to eligible purchases and is incorporated into these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If any portion of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
