We know you’re ready to get your SurfOK1907 goods—and we’re ready to get them headed your way.

Processing Times

Most in-stock apparel, stickers, and accessories are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Some products are produced or printed to order and may require additional processing time.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items, including our custom VW badges, take a little more time. These products are made specifically for you, so estimated production and shipping times will be provided with the product or order information.

Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please remember that processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by SurfOK1907.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order is in the carrier’s hands, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control can happen. If your package seems to have taken the scenic route, reach out and we’ll do what we can to help track it down.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
